It never has been so simple to generate the accreditations of an event, as it is it now with Hercules V 2.0: - Fast and easy configuration of accreditation: The Event Director or some of his collaborators can define the information that it is required in the accreditations. For example, he could need on the accreditation, his name, Rh (blood type), document, institution, sports, tests, etc.
- Data location: It is possible to make the configuration with the data location in the accreditation and the photo size.
- Size configuration.
- Configuration of other accreditations: Each existing roll in an event, can have a different accreditation.
After forming the accreditations and making all the inscription process, user "who makes the accreditations" can easily select by country, organization, sport, name or document, the accreditations to print. - All of this is independent for each event
